IRIS AND LIGHT weddings by Ryan Southwell

66° North. A wedding journey into Iceland. It’s hard to imagine a more beautiful location than this. Check out their cool engagement photos or wedding photos on our Iris and Light blog.

Wind, snow, mossy lava fields, and frozen waterfalls… Experience our return to Iceland on the edge of a snowy winter to capture the private elopement of Julie and Chris. Filmed primarily on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula by a local minister at the iconic little black church in Budir.

This is what you get when you have two adorable Chinese-Australians getting married in Thailand. With destination weddings we love to take the extra time to explore and really experience the location with you. It adds so much to the whole event – creating memories that go beyond your standard wedding day shots. We love it.

Southern California wedding. The weather is always good and who doesn’t like hot air balloons?

Lindy and Kolten were married in the LDS Salt Lake Temple. Lindy’s family is big into horses so in order to expand the content for this bride and groom’s video in addition to their wedding footage we shot these kids romping around the valleys of Utah.

Meghan and Joe got married at the beautiful Soda Rock Winery in Healdsburg, CA. It was a beautiful day. Nice and warm and the party went strong all night.

Shelley and Clayton invited me to film their wedding at the Santa Margarita Ranch. The trees, the fields, a big barn, and some horses made for a pretty awesome day. But most of all it was a true pleasure to be with this couple who are so genuine, kind and who love each other. A big part of me has fallen in love with this film.
