Base Coverage for Weddings
This is the default starting point to your ultimate wedding day coverage. It includes all-day coverage beginning with bridal preparations through the reception. We use multiple HD cameras and at least 2 cameramen throughout the day. It also includes a full length multi-camera edit of your ceremony and reception. No bells and whistles, just so you have a record of it. Now it’s time to pick an Option:
Option 1 – Highlight Reel
Like many of the short posts on the website, the Highlight Reel offers the full day of events compacted into one song – with all the bells and whistles. Shots from the preparations, details,and select moments from the ceremony and reception are included. This is the perfect feature to share online with your friends and family to show how awesome your wedding really was.
Option 2 – Wedding Film
If you want to find the perfect middle ground of beautiful coverage and details mixed with more event coverage with the bells and whistles then this is the one for you. Run length is approximately 20 min. Bride and groom preparations are covered with the insertion of more dialog, an extended ceremony, and an extended reception with key segments from speeches, toasts, dancing, cake cutting… you get the idea.
Option 3 – Wedding Film + Highlight Reel
If you want the full feature AND want to have the shorter highlight to have and share, pick Option 3.
What do you get?
The final product is delivered in HD on three Blu-ray Discs in a customized traditional hard case with custom Menus and artwork. We dedicate a lot of time into the creation of your wedding film with top notch filming techniques, editing, stylizing, and packaging as it will undoubtedly become one of the best investments of the wedding. If you need more copies or additional DVDs then you may easily order more for $30 each. An upgraded professionally printed magnetic case is available for $100 each. Both types of cases are great, but these are awesome.
How do you pay?
We request a 50% deposit that will secure your date with us. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the wedding. Most clients prefer to send a check, however if you’d like to pay with a credit card you may do so but I have to throw in a 3% processing fee.
Raw Footage:
You already get the full length ceremony and reception, but for some reason people still want the raw footage. It is available to purchase under the restriction that it is not distributed or publicly presented in any way. You can send us a hard drive to put it on or we can purchase one for you for an additional $200.
Travel:
We have literally filmed all over the world. We’d love to travel to your event. The only extra cost to you would be our airfare, hotel, and a rental car (if applicable). Anything in southern California from LA to San Diego is considered local and there is no charge. Depending on the location, a simple gas fee may be all that is needed.
Additional Time and Locations:
Your wedding will already include coverage for the locations of you preparations, the ceremony and reception. In some cases, there are extra locations and extra early start times to accommodate multiple tea ceremonies or other scenarios. If this applies to you please let us know.
LoveBirds / Engagement Film:
We want to be able to capture your true personalities with romance, happiness, and having a down-right good time. Weddings don’t always present an opportunity for these things so we’ve decided to lead the industry with this new feature of Engagement Films. It’s all about you. And a great extra feature is that it can be on display at your wedding, or sent out as an email blast to all your guests to get them excited to attend your wedding. Please let us know if you may be interested in this option. Pricing varies on whether it is a destination shoot and if it requires extra shooters, cranes, zip lines, etc that would take it to the next level. In these instances the cost will be customized for you.
